Pet Policies:
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 + tax per pet, per stay.
- Pets are limited to Cottages (excluding the Honeymoon Cottage).
- In keeping with city ordinance, pets are required to be supervised and kept on a leash at all times.
- No pets are to be left alone outside or tied to any part of the buildings or grounds.
- Pet owners are expected to clean up after animals brought to our property.
- Housekeepers will not enter an accommodation to clean if the pet is not in a crate. Crates are not provided by Sweetwater Branch Inn.
- Services animals are welcome in pet-friendly accommodations, and exempt from the pet fee.
