Island Grove Wine Company is located southeast of Gainesville on a gorgeous farm. The tasting room is bright, inviting, and filled with cozy country decor. Stop by to try out some wines Monday through Friday, then shop around in their small gift shop. This winery specializes in mainly fruit wines due to their hundreds of acres of blueberry fields. Choose from wines ranging from dry to sweet, perfect for every palate. In addition to their popular blueberry wines, they also offer strawberry, blackberry, apple, peach, and raspberry.
3. Dakotah Vineyards and Winery
Dakotah Vineyards and Winery is located in the gorgeous Florida countryside. Sit beneath gorgeous verandas as you sip on a glass of expertly crafted wine or gaze out over the Wood Duck sanctuary and pond behind the quaint tasting room. Established in 1985 with just 200 muscadine grape vines, this vineyard has now grown to 17 acres. You are invited to free tastings in their tasting room Monday through Saturday from 10-5.
