Chef Noel’s Herb Encrusted Pork Chop – $55
Fresh herb encrusted pan seared pork chop over a bed of wild rice and veggie pilaf. Drizzled with whiskey thyme cream sauce and garnished with a Parmesan crisp and fresh herbs.
Valentine’s Day Surf & Turf – $85
Filet cooked to order, grilled shrimp with a bourbon, brown sugar and cranberry compound butter. Served with molasses roasted carrots
Wild Mushroom Ravioli – $45
Sweetwater’s wild mushroom ravioli with a sherry cream sauce topped with toasted pine nuts and fresh herbs.
