Here at Sweetwater Branch Inn, we offer an array of Wellness Retreats, ranging from two to seven days. These holistic experiences will affect the mind, body, and spirit and will set you up for success with long-lasting wellness practices. Each experience is special in its own way and features various wellness classes and services based on your unique wellness goals.
Our Renewal Retreat Package is led by Craig Costello (BS, ERYT) and Nicole Georgicostello (MS, LMHC, ERYT). They will focus on new world wellness over three days and two nights. Some of the activities included in this package include meditation classes, a mindful walk on Paynes Prairie’s La Chua trail, and vegan meals. You’ll also enjoy various yoga classes, including gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, and yoga Nidra.
Stay at Sweetwater for four days and three nights and enjoy our Rejuvenate Retreat Package. Some aspects of this retreat include healthy meals at some of our favorite local restaurants and here at the inn, mindful eating meditations, nature excursions, rejuvenating yoga classes, and individual wellness lessons (massage therapy, hypnosis, chakra, etc.)
