This new studio room is located in the North Florida Cottage on the Sweetwater property. This modern, pet-friendly studio with a queen size Murphy bed, features a large Florida style room including a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a microwave, full refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, oven with a stovetop, coffee maker and dishwasher! Island Grove also has a large kitchen table complete with six chairs. This studio also includes a bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo. The living space has a modern couch that transforms into a queen-size bed for sleeping accommodations. Towards the back of the room is an additional couch surrounded by a full wall of windows. Natural light streams into the windows to complete this sunroom area. Island Grove also has the option of adjoining rooms to the new Lester’s Place also located in the North Florida Cottage. Island Grove can accommodate approximately 15 guests in this space perfect for small gatherings, celebrations, dinners, or any other entertainment functions or festivity options.
Island Grove has central A/C and heating with a private thermostat, free Wi-Fi, and one reserved parking space right next to the cottage.
